On Performance Appraisals

I was reminded once again about the importance, as well as the genuine effort required in delivering an effective employee performance appraisal. I've given six this week, and have two more to go next week, and they have left me drained, but happy, as each one went very well, and I feel my team and I are on the same page, and that they each know what I expect of them, and what they need to do to improve.
