My once a year announcement

Per my usual track record for posting (around once a year), I figured its time to let my vast army of readers know that Nikki and I had another baby girl! Rowan Elizabeth was born March 18, 2009. A couple of pics attached....

Off Chance

On the extreme off chance that anyone actually reads this, my wife informed me that it would be a good idea to let you all know that Nikki (seen below) became my wife 4 1/2 months ago.....

On Performance Appraisals

I was reminded once again about the importance, as well as the genuine effort required in delivering an effective employee performance appraisal. I've given six this week, and have two more to go next week, and they have left me drained, but happy, as each one went very well, and I feel my team and I are on the same page, and that they each know what I expect of them, and what they need to do to improve.
